At Rowlands Bros we have six Amada CNC turret punch
presses, of various sizes, to accommodate most sheet metal punching
requirements.
Our plant list includes:
A 50 tonne Coma capable of 6mm mild steel plate and 3m
long components.
A 30 tonne Vela with 56 station turret to cover a large
range of tooling requirements.
Three Arcade 212 machines are available for quick set
up on small or large batch sizes.
The latest addition to our range is the new Europe 2510,
complete with LKI manipulator for high speed, precision manufacture and high
volume production. With its self loading capability this machine can process
2500mm long sheets without re-positioning.

All our machines are easily programmed for low cost and
fast turn-around times. We can also import various types of file format
that may be supplied.
