from very thin gauge (for
refrigeration) to 6mm tread plate (for the automotive industry) can be
processed to include large radius bends and forms.

Zintec
material can be processed for use in the white
goods industry for painting. Large forms such as handle holes and tapped
holes can be produced.

Small brackets
can be manufactured in most materials in
small or large volume at very economical rates and can include plunge and
tapped holes. They can also be riveted or spot welded to assemblies if
required.

exact requirements including louvers, embosses and tapped holes can be
performed in our high speed automated punch press.

Pre-painted / power coated
Components can be manufactured from pre-painted plastic
coated material or power coated after manufacture as required.
