At Rowlands Bros we operate 6 CNC press brakes which
includes the latest multiple axis Edwards Pearson PR range of machines.
Our range of press brakes includes two new 100 tonne 8
axis 3 meter press brakes with dutching tables. One of these machines is
part of our fully automated robotic folding cell with 7 axis Motorman robot
to handle the high volume market requirement. (Pictured right)
We have a 4.25 meter 200 tonne machine for larger
components, which is a 10 axis machine with 3D graphic controller. We
operate 2 meter and 1.5 meter multi axis machines suitable for smaller parts
and lower volume work.
We also have a wide range of tools to suit most
standard jobs. Specialised tools can be acquired at competitive rates to
suit any requirements.
All our machines are easily programmed for low cost and
fast turn around times. We can also import various types of file format
supplied.
